A Computerized Model for Procurator Hiring
Abstract – This article supplies online solicitors hiring as a vehicle of law practice typecast. Providing a case study of hiring in professional solicitors’ service firms, my job is to investigate the often suggested but often analytically inseminated a hypothesis that solicitors case resemblances between service solicitors and patrons matter for solicitors’ hiring decisions. Drawing from 120 interviews with solicitors as well as patron observation of a hiring solicitor, I realize that online hiring is much more than just a process of skills sorting; it’s also a process of an instant collaboration between patrons, solicitors, and law firms. Patrons wish to receive counselling and deal cases by solicitors within their nearest living destination. The solicitors’ concerns about dealing cases are highly conspicuous to patrons and often take precedent concerns about their absolute service. I uncrate the interpersonal processes through which solicitor’s case resemblances which have affected their patron’s evaluation in law firms and provide the first factual manifestation in dealing cases—particularly in the form of counselling patrons—matters for solicitor hiring. I conclude by discussing the ramification for establishing a new method, aid, and law practices.

Design of an Electronic Pre-Ordering System for Academia
Abstract – Today we are applying technology almost every part of our life to make easy our lifestyle and also to save time. University is the place where students planting seed of success in their future life. In ordinary canteen management system, time is the biggest issue for students because in the ordinary system at first students go to canteen, then they wait for the waiter by which students can know about available food items and price also, then waiter collect order from students and after this procedure canteen authority prepare food and serve to the students. This ordinary manual system wastes valuable time of students and authority. To reduce these problems, we developed a web application CMS (Canteen Management System) by using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, jQuery for Front End and PHP MySQL for Back End, also use UI kit, Google map, carousal, Time picker for Plug in purpose. In CMS, any university can manage their canteen online and the students can save their time by using the pre-order system online. They can also pay later for the food and the manager also can keep track of their sales. In CMS application authority can see the order with details divided into three stages as cocking, delivered, and cancel. They can also see a list of the existing students and their information. They will have the feature to create an account for every new student. Students can order an item for a specific date and time and they will get a notification or reminder before the food is ready to deliver. Students can pay online and offline. Existing student needs to log in to order items. The new student can register for ordering items.

The Design of an Android-Based Mobile Application for Book Sharing
Abstract – When it comes to basic rights, education is one of the most important ones. Education is necessary regardless of where you were born or where you grew up. In this era when communication is developing rapidly, it is high time to ensure that education reaches everybody’s doorstep. There is a saying ‘knowledge increase by sharing but not by saving’. And to share knowledge, book is the best thing to share. But sharing a book is not always convenient and sometimes annoying too as many of those people never return these books. This paper presents an online platform for sharing knowledge or more elaborately to share and rent books and a platform to discuss books. The motto of the proposed model is to reduce the problem of sharing the book and also to build a community of book readers. This system is a platform for anyone who has a book and is not using it right now and would like to share the books with someone who currently needs it. In this developing country, to buy a book is costly and as people normally keep the book idle after reading; so, it is better to share or sell the book to someone who may need it. So, the main theme is, ‘maximum use of the book, minimum use of money’. The proposed model uses the basis of regular social transactions and comprises them into a business model. It mainly focuses on the customer to the customer business model and creates a patronizing and adjuvant platform for both the user and providers. It depicts the challenges related to starting a new platform, identifying the right people, creating and interacting with people and developing a business model in a developing country. The proposed model is deployed on an android app by which the user will connect. Some key features are unique login, wallet system, my desk, location of a user, chatting between users, etc.

Abstract – Efficiency has stood out to be one of the key fundamentals in economics and as such, many corporates have endeavored in injecting capital, including, human capital in a bid to enhance efficiency. Owing to the stake that efficiency has in the field of economic research, several researchers have delved in a myriad of studies ranging from exploring the determinants of efficiency as well as measuring efficiency in the insurance sector. This study empirically examined the efficiency of Zimbabwe’s non-life insurance companies. Cost and profit efficiency scores were analyzed using the Stochastic Frontier Approach (SFA) which is a parametric approach. The choice of the methodology is based on its ability to separate the error term into two components namely the measurement errors and other random factors. The study utilized annual data from 19 non-life insurance companies during the period ranging from 2010-2017. Findings from the study indicated that firms in Zimbabwe’s non-life insurance sectors had average efficiency scores of 98.51 and 83.16 per cent in cost and profit correspondingly.

Abstract – Coronavirus outbreak has had a notable global and national impact on the energy sector, contributing to a decline in the price of crude oil as well as lower prices of transport fuels in Europe. Furthermore, the oil price crisis due to Russia–Saudi Arabia oil price war was another shock which led to a significant drop in the prices of road fuels in European countries. Therefore, this study is aiming to examine the impact of the COVID-19, as well as, crude oil price on the prices of transport fuels in four European countries including; Italy, Germany, France, and Spain. The regression estimations demonstrate that COVID-19 pandemic has significant impacts on the prices of regular petrol_95, premium petrol_98, LPG and Diesel. The numbers of new cases caused by COVID-19 have positive impacts on the prices of transport fuels, while the impacts of the number of new deaths are negative. Moreover, the findings reveal a negatively significant impact of the crude oil price on the prices of automobile fuels in four sample countries. This paper also finds that the effect of oil price on transport fuels are more than the COVID-19 pandemic.

Abstract – Time immemorial, tax evasion has presented itself as a thorn in the flesh for almost all tax administrators world-wide. Though many researchers have devoted precious time in studying the determinants of tax evasion, findings remain inconclusive. This study examines the determinants of tax evasion behaviour by Small to Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Harare Metropolitan Province in Zimbabwe. A Linear Probability Model (LPM) was employed since the dependent variable was dichotomous in nature. Explanatory variables considered in the study were; tax burden, marital status, tax education, income and perceived fairness of the tax system. Findings unearthed statistically significant positive relationship between tax compliance and tax education, income and perceived fairness of a tax system.

Abstract – The present paper investigates the impact of external debt on Mozambique’s economic growth for the period from 2001 to 2017. Mozambique is a country with a high external debt as it has reached about 70.8% of GDP in 2017, representing 74% of total public debt. The real GDP decelerated to 3.7% in 2017, far below from the average growth of 7% that the country achieved on between 2011 and 2015. This is an empirical study based on the Johansen cointegration, the unit root test was conducted through the ADF and PP tests and the VAR and VECM models were estimated. Thus consumption, external debt and investment have a long-term relationship with economic growth, but the external debt has a negative effect on economic growth as the results showed that an increase in external debt of 1% may cause an increase in GDP of about 0.9% in short run and a decrease of 8% in long-run. Thus external debt should be well addressed and used for development oriented investments.
