Decision Engine in e-GP Access Model: An Engineering Approach

Abstract – e-GP Access model is the biggest milestone in the history of public procurement. e-GP Access is a globally accepted procurement model introduced by World Bank which has been implemented in different countries to establish more clarity in public procurement. Unbiased consensus decision is a mandatory prerequisite of a free and fair decision making in a public procurement with the presence of all the parties and entities involved in practicing procurement. In this work, a Decision Engine has been incorporated in e-GP Access to make this model rather engineered than policy framed. Four subsystems of Decision Engine – Risk Identifier, Bidder Selector, Procurement Maturity Identifier and Anti Spam wire with Security mechanism are outlined grabbed from various scientific works. This model has been turned into an e-Marketplace based model from G2B type. A Computerized Model for Procurator Hiring

Abstract – This article supplies online solicitors hiring as a vehicle of law practice typecast. Providing a case study of hiring in professional solicitors’ service firms, my job is to investigate the often suggested but often analytically inseminated a hypothesis that solicitors case resemblances between service solicitors and patrons matter for solicitors’ hiring decisions. Drawing from 120 interviews with solicitors as well as patron observation of a hiring solicitor, I realize that online hiring is much more than just a process of skills sorting; it’s also a process of an instant collaboration between patrons, solicitors, and law firms. Patrons wish to receive counselling and deal cases by solicitors within their nearest living destination. The solicitors’ concerns about dealing cases are highly conspicuous to patrons and often take precedent concerns about their absolute service. I uncrate the interpersonal processes through which solicitor’s case resemblances which have affected their patron’s evaluation in law firms and provide the first factual manifestation in dealing cases—particularly in the form of counselling patrons—matters for solicitor hiring. I conclude by discussing the ramification for establishing a new method, aid, and law practices. Augmentation of Programmed Student Result Supervision Scheme (SRSS)

Abstract – This study is motivated on the Intensification of a Programmed Student Result Supervision Scheme (SRSS) developed by using ASP.NET, HTML, CSS, BOOTSTRAP, ANGULAR JS and was locally hosted in windows server (IIS). This web-application is helpful for students and institutes for acquiring the results in an easy method. The manual system of students’ educational result processing and calculating Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) was found to be monotonous, mainly when carried out for a huge number of students, this setup the entire procedure time-hungry, wrong prone and systematic overall. This web-application will construct the teacher’s job shorter tough by cutting down the time and effort consuming on result construction, etc., thereby, authorizing the teacher extra time for teaching and other instructional topics. The entire result scheme will be under the dominance of the administrator and the administrator is the superior user who enjoys all advantages such as read, write and process the results. All the teacher requires to construct an account and get accepted by the admin. The benefits that are providing to apprentices are to read and accomplish their effect by providing user identifications for protected login and in the event of fresh student the recording is offered. The student can download or print his/her result. And the guest user has the privilege only to read. Design of an Electronic Pre-Ordering System for Academia

Abstract – Today we are applying technology almost every part of our life to make easy our lifestyle and also to save time. University is the place where students planting seed of success in their future life. In ordinary canteen management system, time is the biggest issue for students because in the ordinary system at first students go to canteen, then they wait for the waiter by which students can know about available food items and price also, then waiter collect order from students and after this procedure canteen authority prepare food and serve to the students. This ordinary manual system wastes valuable time of students and authority. To reduce these problems, we developed a web application CMS (Canteen Management System) by using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, jQuery for Front End and PHP MySQL for Back End, also use UI kit, Google map, carousal, Time picker for Plug in purpose. In CMS, any university can manage their canteen online and the students can save their time by using the pre-order system online. They can also pay later for the food and the manager also can keep track of their sales. In CMS application authority can see the order with details divided into three stages as cocking, delivered, and cancel. They can also see a list of the existing students and their information. They will have the feature to create an account for every new student. Students can order an item for a specific date and time and they will get a notification or reminder before the food is ready to deliver. Students can pay online and offline. Existing student needs to log in to order items. The new student can register for ordering items. Game-based Storytelling Using Role Playing Game and Expansion to Virtual Reality

Abstract – This paper represents a story-based Role-Playing Game. This article outlines a virtual role-playing game where a user or gamer can do anything (which actions are loaded previously) in the virtual gaming environment There is growing attentiveness in the case of video games. The recent improvement of online, social joined video games (broadly multiplayer online role-playing games) now has created an experience for new gamers. A system in the Role-Playing Game (RPG) has some real-world scenarios that can be interconnected to the people of the real world, and some real action of life. An interactive environment in the gaming world has some characteristics that can participate in some action of the game based on the option available and in the choice of the user or gamer Developing a new 3D virtual environment by using a game engine strategy is to incorporate various multimedia data in one platform. Doing so we create the domain for a virtual reality console experience. We created this Role-Playing Game using Unity and designed graphics as well as animated the characters by using the Blender. The Design of an Android-Based Mobile Application for Book Sharing

Abstract – When it comes to basic rights, education is one of the most important ones. Education is necessary regardless of where you were born or where you grew up. In this era when communication is developing rapidly, it is high time to ensure that education reaches everybody’s doorstep. There is a saying ‘knowledge increase by sharing but not by saving’. And to share knowledge, book is the best thing to share. But sharing a book is not always convenient and sometimes annoying too as many of those people never return these books. This paper presents an online platform for sharing knowledge or more elaborately to share and rent books and a platform to discuss books. The motto of the proposed model is to reduce the problem of sharing the book and also to build a community of book readers. This system is a platform for anyone who has a book and is not using it right now and would like to share the books with someone who currently needs it. In this developing country, to buy a book is costly and as people normally keep the book idle after reading; so, it is better to share or sell the book to someone who may need it. So, the main theme is, ‘maximum use of the book, minimum use of money’. The proposed model uses the basis of regular social transactions and comprises them into a business model. It mainly focuses on the customer to the customer business model and creates a patronizing and adjuvant platform for both the user and providers. It depicts the challenges related to starting a new platform, identifying the right people, creating and interacting with people and developing a business model in a developing country. The proposed model is deployed on an android app by…

How People Overcome To Do In-App Purchases

Abstract – The digital gaming business has changed in the past years. In the past digital games have been a product. People went into a brick and mortar store or looked into a download portal and bought them. Digital games are no longer just products. They developed into services (Clark, 2014). People play games not only on a stationary device, but on mobile devices, too. According to Mangan, today Freemium is the dominant monetization method in mobile digital gaming (Mangan, 2016). People still struggle to pay for In-App purchases, because In-App purchases are just for virtual good that do not exist in the real world. The presented data in this study is based on a survey from July 2019. This study shows that people have to overcome to do In-App purchases and investigates determinants that drive In-App purchases. People have to overcome themselves and the majority in the presented data already did. This study also shows that the game design itself is a stronger motivator for people to spend money on In-App purchases than social pressure from other players, even though that this is a relevant factor.
